Under the supervision of the Area Manager, the Construction Manager is primarily responsible for managing highly complex project(s) to successful implementation. This includes overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Construction Manager’s responsibilities span a broad spectrum – Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction project from start to finish. Charting out the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
- Bring about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms. Strictly manage budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule. Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
- Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project. Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.

Site Development Services is currently seeking applicants to come on board as Tower Mapping Technician to perform Ground and Tower Audits. Site audits will include performing an inventory of tower equipment and shelter facilities. The applicant must be willing to travel to other states at a moment’s notice as needed and must meet requirements to be able to rent a vehicle when in market. Candidates must be certified to climb. Installation or construction experience with telecommunications equipment is helpful. Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2008 or newer is a plus!

Now Hiring: Site Acquisition Agent
- Responsible for tower lease acquisitions and tower lease amendments required for installations including collocations
- Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work adheres to project timelines.
- Responsible for the completion of Zoning and Permit applications for submittal to jurisdictions and serves as a point of contact for the community and/or government agencies
- Prepares Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP’s), tower lease and amendments documentation • Coordinates title services, environmental reports, structural analysis, regulatory reports, lease exhibits and construction drawings as required.
- Prepare status reports and updates databases, attends client meetings or deployment calls as required.
- Assist Management in tracking and preparation of client billing.

- Experience in the installation of hybrid, coaxial, elliptical and LMR cables
- Must understand and have ability to read steel construction prints
- Must process attention to detail and have personnel management skills
- Comprehension of closeout procedures and what the customer requires
- PIM, sweep and fiber testing
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Tiger teaming, Tower Mapping and Audit experience is a plus

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening as well as random drug screening
- Willingness to learn in and grow within a large company
- Ability to travel, as needed for up to 3 to 5 weeks at a time
